I wake up to find a note beside my pillow.
Rubbing my eyes I took the piece of paper as it reads…
‘Good morning Azalea-chan! I hope you slept well yesterday cause today you have a big mission!...’
Yes! This sounds like fun I thought to myself as I continued to read the note.
‘You will be accompanying Bel-chan!~ Even though you hate team missions…anyways! Loveeeee Lussy~’
I crumpled the piece of paper as I threw it across the room…I HATE team missions! I hate it when people have to help me I can do this myself, stupid boss thinks that I’m weak since I’m a girl…fffff.
I puffed as I violently swung my legs to the side of the bed to get up when I hit something hard.
“Ow!” I yelled as I hugged onto my foot as I looked to see what I hit.
There sat Belphegor, the Varia’s so called genius, rubbing the said of his now red cheek.
“Ushishishi, that hurts Azalea-hime.~” the prince laughs in pain.
“It wasn’t my fault that you decided to sit there…” I retorted.
-During the mission-
“I could’ve done this mission myself…” I said for the millionth time today as I walked with hands at the back of my head as me and the blonde walked back from such an easy mission with many cuts on the face and not mentioning body.
“I saved you idiot Azaliea-hime, if the prince wasn’t there you would have died~” He chuckles as my eye twitched.
“Hmmph!” I snorted as I continued to walk not complaining the soreness of my knees from a cut there.
After 30 minutes of walking in the forest not even close to the hideout yet I collapsed down onto the dirt ground.
“Ugh...stupid…” I said as I tried to get back up again.
Before I could even get half way up Belphegor threw me onto his back as he continued to walk with me riding on his back. (piggy back riding weeee)
“Bel-senpai! I don’t need your help!” I said as I wrapped my arms around his neck not really showing that I want to get off even though I said I did.
“You know, asking for help once in a while doesn’t mean that you are weak, you should try it someday.” He says as I snuggled the side of my face onto his back.
“I guess…” I said as I smiled.
“Thank you then Bel-senpai!”
Maybe doing team missions weren’t so bad, well at least with Belphegor that is.
